Eligibility Criteria

  • Vehicle: Must own a motorcycle registered in Sindh.
  • Ownership: Vehicle must be registered in your name (Transfer fee is currently FREE).
  • Residency: Valid Sindh CNIC holder.
  • Bank Account: Valid personal bank account with IBAN.

How to Apply

  • Visit the Excise & Taxation Portal.
  • Enter your 13-digit CNIC for verification.
  • Provide your IBAN (Bank Account Title must match CNIC).
  • Submit and save your Tracking ID.

Receive Rs. 2,000 Monthly Subsidy Directly in Your Bank Account



Note: Excise offices are open until 12:00 AM (Midnight) for free vehicle transfers. Payments for Sindh Bank accounts are processed within 24 hours.
