Hiring: Technical Trainer (IT) Karachi

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join our HR Team and lead structured technical learning initiatives across the organization.

 

Role Overview:

The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs to enhance employee capability, improve operational efficiency, and align technical performance with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop structured technical training programs

* Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions

* Deliver training on systems, tools, troubleshooting, and operational processes

* Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans

* Track training effectiveness and performance improvements

* Maintain training documentation, reports, and knowledge base materials

* Develop onboarding technical training programs for new hires

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

* 4–6 years of experience in Technical Support / System Administration / IT Operations

* Strong understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals & troubleshooting

* Experience in MSP or IT service delivery environment (preferred)

* Familiarity with RMM tools, PSA systems & ticketing platforms

* Training certifications (Train-the-Trainer / Instructional Design) are a plus

* Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory

 

We are seeking someone with excellent presentation skills, a coaching mindset, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

 

Location: Karachi

Shift Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
